I'm Borneo my favorite ' THE Nasir Kuning ' yellow steam rice serve with 'sambal' ikan, Telur rebus Dalaman daun pisang.

Steam Tumeric Rice serve with boiled egg and Sambal Fish inside banana leaves.

i used my freshly tumeric and just slice fine and deep in with the rice your choice of fresh coconut milk or plain water also can do.
if you add the coconut milk the sweetness from the coconut beautifully mix with the tumeric.
for more flavour use the tumeric leaves to be steam together with the rice.

Freshly Lemon Honey with Mints to keep the day cool;
im harvesting my mints from backyard garden to have the freshly Lemon Honey Mints for my Lunch.
