Pumpkin Soup one of my favorite vegetarian soup. very unique taste and healthier. Pumpkin very easy to plant , you just need to have a land and sprinkle the seed from fresh pumpkin. most of asian people do eat the pumpkin leaves, the flower can stirfry or deep frying other wise just mix with the soup. of course im not vegetarian.. simple pumpkin leaves soup very easy to prepared: the leaves rich with Iron, Protein, Vitamin A and C. choose the young roof of pumpkin leaves and remove the hairy spiky on the surface of the leaves. by rolling the young leaves between both of your palm.
