White Mushroom Soup

White Mushroom soup  nice to have during raining season or anytime during winter.

 Ingredients:
4pcs White Mushroom
4pcs Button Mushroom
10gm Butter
30gm Onion
1spring fresh thyme or dried thyme
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of chicken stock
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of cream

Add caption
 Melt unsalted butter in frying pan and Saute Mushroom with butter and onion until brown color, add thyme and bay leaf and saute another 10minutes and set aside.

After cool blend in the food processor until smooth. put back in the frying pan over medium heat and add water bit by bit until boiled. Add salt, pepper, whipping cream and bit chicken stock until boiling.

stir until almost creamy and smooth. serve with chives and dice of mushroom.
