after a long journey back last nite from the Christmas Eve run at Malacca, today breakfast I prepared a special Christmas breakfast;- Christmas Breakfast rosiekitchen  Christmas breakfast Ingredients A: 2cups of plain flour 1pinch of salt 1tbsp baking powder 1spoon of sugar 1 cup of fresh milk 1 chicken egg Optional Flavour: 1tbsp cinnamon powder Ingredients B: Fruits of strawberries and blueberries optional if you like to add banana also can Topping icing suger Honey Use a whisk to mix well all ingredients A together in one big bowl. in another small bowl ingredients, B cut dice of strawberries and blueberries make sure to you have a non-stick frying pan to cook the pancake if you don't have use paper tower grease the frying pan with olive oil or vegetable oil before cooking. make sure the frying pan on medium heat before cook a small amount of batter in the center of the frying pan, let the mixture set until you see the bubble on the top...

Hello 2018, what a simple day to start a healthy meals. from the garden grrens into the colorful plate of salad. its been my habits to plant a hebs which part of my daily diet, plants what i love to eat and its a relexation hobbies and can bring a great creativity and peace of the mind. Other youngsters thought gardening and planting only for adult and old people.. ouchps! and thats way the those who speeding more time with herbs and greens and colorful vegetables area more calm and young when dealing with complict situations. its the arts of organizing, planting and patiently doing the great this for the best result of healthy living. let me share my 1st day of the year of my healthy greens from my garden. Chendul - Cendoi Penang

The Pearl Island known to many world heritage names.. included the glorious food and tasty dessert called the CHENDUL 'cendoi' for local dialect .. sweet creamy coconut cream topping with mixture of kidney nut and the snowy ice snow a perfect couple in hot sunny day of Penang Tropical weather. Ingredients: Kidney nuts Red Bean Palm Sugar Creamy fresh Coconut milk Snowy Ice not too sweet.. but refreshing drink dessert good for all day activities. Must try once you reach Penang. two cendoi all for myself :O  this is my 3rd sendoi since i stay in georgtown area THE PRICE bit different from yesterday today RM2.50 EACH, if you seat inside the restaurant. so better stand outside for better view and eat like the local, two leg standing under the sun. you can found this dessert all over Malaysia, few too much sweet and some already a new fusion  with new nuts and corn add in, which the taste bit different.  my 1st cendoi having it in the evening only RM1...
